    Sir/Madam I had just gotten back to my home after trying to shop at your store,i am a regular shopper there,but after today i will not shop at this store again.I had stood in line almost 15 minutes at cash 1.There was only one more cash open,i was the next one to be served.There was a lady in front of me with at least 20 strips of tickets to check,the supervisor should have checked these,and let the girl keep checking people in.There was 12 people in line on back of me,7 people in the other line,when one of your own staff (male) came along went a head of everyone else to get cigarettes,then a girl opened anther cash and served him first,with everyone else waiting she should have taken the next one in line.After 15 minutes in line,my ice cream melted,i had to walk out and leave at least $70.00 worth of groceries on the counter.And the girl was still checking lottery tickets.Let me point this out,it was 4 pm and on a Saturday.Where was your staff.
